Diabetes is a disorder that affects the creation of insulin in the body. The available cure for diabetes is very simple and any person can do it as long as the patient has the perseverance to do so.

The diabetes patient should make sure not to eat yogurt that contains sugar that usually displayed in the supermarkets. In order for the patient to get used with the taste of the low-fat sugar it can be acceptable to mix it first with the sugary yogurt in order for the person to like the taste of the low-fat sugar. For sure, in the long run the patient will become used to the taste of the low-fat sugar.
